Lovesac, a Top 100 U.S. furniture retailer, is prioritising its living room offerings and reshoring production in 2026, CEO Shawn Nelson announced at the ICR Conference in Orlando. The company has delayed the launch of furniture for a new room until 2027, instead pursuing a "win the living room" strategy.

This focus builds on the 2025 introduction of Snugg, a value-oriented sofa, loveseat and chair range, which will expand into a sectional platform and include a swivel chair option. A higher-end sectional line is also planned, creating a low, middle, and high-tier product strategy.
By mid-year, Lovesac will reshore manufacturing of its Sactional modular seating, which accounts for 80% of sales, moving production from Asia to the United States. Components such as metal, wood, and resin will be made domestically, maintaining compatibility with existing Sactionals. Nelson said automation and multiple suppliers will ensure efficiency and consistency.
CFO Keith Siegner emphasised long-term growth ambitions, describing a plan to "double and triple this company" while refining marketing and brand positioning. The retailer is concentrating on optimising its digital platform, showrooms, and partnerships, including pop-up stores with Costco, to enhance consumer access and experience.
