ATM Retail LTD, the parent company of popular home and garden brand Laura James, has announced the acquisition of Rattan Direct following the latter's administration in November 2025. The deal includes the brand name and website, paving the way for a refreshed relaunch in Spring 2026.

Founders Thomas Cutler, Adam Gilbourne, and Matthew Talbot, CEO of Laura James, confirmed that the acquired business will operate under the new name "The Home of RD, Rattan Direct", with a redesigned identity and enhanced product offering. The relaunch aims to elevate the brand into one of the UK's leading garden furniture companies.
