Pawel Wincentowicz on Ferroligni’s journey as the only Polish company exhibiting at imm Cologne 2026

‘That first project defined our DNA: customer focus and ambition’

Ferroligni, a rising Polish furniture brand, is proving that innovation and reliability can go hand in hand in the interior industry that is changing rapidly. Combining skilled craftsmanship with bold design freedom, Ferroligni is redefining modern interiors through steel-made furniture that delivers on quality and style.

Roots in craft for the future
Pawel Wincentowicz, Business Development Director at Ferroligni, explains the company's origins: 'Everything started with steel and a small home workshop; 25 years ago, the owner's father built his metalworking expertise, learning the craft hands-on, day by day.' That expertise turned into a brand-defining moment when Michał Kliszczun, Ferroligni's CEO, created a made-to-measure table with his father for a friend's home. 'That first project set our DNA: attentiveness to customer needs, flexibility, and the ambition to deliver more than the standard.'

Since then, Ferroligni has grown rapidly. 'We moved to bigger facilities three times in 12 months,' Pawel says. Now nearly 100 people work across three sites totalling 10,000 m², blending consistent quality with fresh, functional design. 'We don't require minimum order quantities, we work with short lead times, and control quality completely in-house; from steel processing and powder coating to assembly and packing.'

Packaging is crafted for parcel shipping, reducing complaints and easing logistics. Partners receive marketing materials and can brand labels and manuals. 'In B2B, we focus on long-term partnerships, not one-offs. Keeping promises and deadlines even when the market gets tougher is how we build trust.'

Navigating market challenges with innovation
The past year posed challenges from Asian imports, domestic competition, and cautious buyers. '2025 tested whether we could stay on course amid price pressures and uncertainty,' Pawel reflects. Ferroligni responded by consistently delivering newness. 'Our design team developed collections that help partners sell more and stand out both online and offline. Customers notice the difference between something similar and something distinctive.'

Maintaining strengths like short lead times and reliable delivery remained crucial. 'Our partners need certainty there's a team they can trust in communication, timelines, and after-sales service.' This steadfast approach helped Ferroligni not just survive but prepare for growth.

Preparing for imm Cologne 2026
This year, Ferroligni takes a significant step on the international stage as the only Polish company exhibiting at imm Cologne. 'imm Cologne is more than a trade fair for us; it's a chance to tell our full story without shortcuts,' says Pawel. The company has prepared new products to premiere at the show and looks forward to engaging designers, buyers, and partners who influence European furniture trends.

'imm Cologne supports our goal to expand internationally and build personal relationships,' Pawel adds. The event will inspire both Ferroligni's team and visitors alike.

Looking ahead: speed, scale, and expansion
In 2026, Ferroligni aims to prove a young brand can operate at scale while staying flexible and fast in decision-making. 'We will focus on developing collections with new functionalities and finishes so partners can rotate offers quickly and stand out.'

International expansion is a key priority. 'We want to show that combining attention to detail, fresh design, and dependable service is the recipe for success in today's furniture market,' Pawel emphasises.

Visitors to Ferroligni's stand can expect a brand that is 'young, fast-moving, and has its own style, while being a reliable, professional partner.' Pawel wants people to leave thinking: 'This is a company you can launch distinctive collections with quickly, build a competitive advantage, and grow sales, because there's a team on the other side that truly delivers.'

Ferroligni's journey demonstrates that with passion, adaptability, and a commitment to quality, even a young brand can shape the future of interiors across Europe.
