In 2026, the world's first hotel entirely dedicated to the Harry Potter universe is set to open at Legoland Deutschland Resort in Günzburg, Bavaria. Designed as a fully immersive experience, the hotel aims to transport guests directly into the magical world of Hogwarts, offering far more than a traditional themed stay.

Developed through a collaboration between Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences and Merlin Entertainments, the project forms part of a major expansion of the Legoland resort, including a new Lego Harry Potter world. Upon booking, guests will be able to choose rooms themed around one of the four Hogwarts houses, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff, with interiors richly detailed and inspired by the films. Communal areas will also recreate iconic locations from the Wizarding World, reinforcing the sense of total immersion.
Located in southern Germany, the resort is within a five-hour journey of several major European cities, positioning it as a key destination for international visitors. While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, demand is expected to be extremely high. Bookings will be handled through the Legoland Deutschland Resort website, with fans encouraged to register for updates via official Legoland or Warner Bros. channels to secure early access.
