After a decade of driving growth and establishing enia's presence in Germany, Ulrich Eggeling is retiring from enia vertriebs gmbh. Sebastian Krack will assume responsibility for the company's Northern Germany sales region, effective 1 April 2026.

Eggeling has been instrumental in shaping enia's success in Germany from its earliest days. As the first regional sales manager alongside overall sales director Michael Lenz, he built and developed the Northern Germany territory, supporting the positioning of enia's flooring collections in the market and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners.
To ensure a smooth transition, enia implemented an early and structured succession plan. Krack joined the company on 1 December 2025 and has been working closely with Eggeling to gain hands-on experience in the Northern Germany sales operations. This mentorship period will continue until the end of March 2026, when Eggeling officially retires and Krack takes full responsibility.
Krack brings more than 20 years of experience in professional sales, along with in-depth industry knowledge of flooring products and customer requirements. He is a trained industrial clerk and a recognised expert in the sector, well-prepared to continue enia's success in Northern Germany.
Michael Lenz emphasised the importance of the transition phase:
"The multi-month collaboration ensures that customer relationships and responsibilities are handed over seamlessly. At the same time, it lays the foundation for Sebastian Krack to lead the Northern Germany territory independently and with full continuity from April 2026."
