Nearly 40 new factories have been built or are under construction within Ukraine's industrial parks, underlining the sector's growing role in economic development. According to the Ministry of Economy, 37 industrial enterprises were completed or underway by the end of 2025, primarily in agricultural processing, food production, furniture and woodworking, and mechanical engineering. Operational facilities have already created 3,716 jobs.

Government funding to support industrial park development reached ₴900.68m in 2025. The ministry reported that each ₴1 invested in industrial park infrastructure has attracted between ₴5 and ₴6 in private investment, highlighting strong leverage of public spending.
During 2025, state incentives were approved for 13 industrial parks. By 31 December, Ukraine's Register of Industrial Parks included 118 sites, with 24 new parks added over the year. At the same time, eight inactive parks were removed from the register.
The figures point to industrial parks becoming a key mechanism for stimulating manufacturing, investment and employment growth despite ongoing economic and security challenges.
