The publication draws on a confidential survey of key industry participants as well as discussions with executives to provide a comprehensive view of market dynamics.

The December report notes a disruption in typical economic reporting due to the US Government shutdown in the autumn. "Some of the monthly economic data normally presented in this report has not been updated since September 2025," the report states. For clarity, September's data has been retained in the report and highlighted in light blue within the PDF.
Furniture Insights® offers readers access to monthly results and downloadable content, aiming to inform manufacturers, distributors, and other furniture stakeholders of the latest trends. The publication is widely distributed across the industry in the United States.
