The branch of Brand Interiors, located at Newstead Industrial Estate in Trentham, has launched a £975,000 closing down sale, with all stock at the site marked for clearance. In a statement, the business said: "Brand Interiors, Stoke Closing Down Forever Grand Sale. £975,000 Furniture Stock for Immediate Disposal. Our Stoke showroom will be closing and absolutely everything be sold off!"
The closure will not affect the retailer's remaining five stores, which continue to trade in Rawtenstall, Stockport, Wakefield, Preston and Colne.
The move follows a series of recent store exits by the business. Its Skipton store on Cavendish Street closed in November last year after running a similar clearance sale, while the Bury branch at Angouleme Retail Park shut in August 2024.
Brand Interiors has not provided further detail on the reasons behind the latest closure, but the decision reflects a continued reduction in its bricks-and-mortar presence while maintaining operations elsewhere.
