UK sofa brand Zofa has secured its first standalone physical store in London, marking a significant milestone in its expansion from online to bricks-and-mortar retail. The two-floor showroom will be located on Fulham Road and is scheduled to open in early February, giving the brand a prominent presence in one of the capital's key furniture and interiors destinations.

The opening represents Zofa's first dedicated physical location in London and brings its "hassle-free, confidence-led approach" to sofa buying directly to customers in the city. While the brand has already established a strong online following nationwide, the new showroom will allow London customers to experience its products in person for the first time, reinforcing trust and engagement through a tangible retail environment.
Zofa says the decision to open on Fulham Road was driven by strong online demand from London and the South East, as well as the area's close alignment with its design-led, modular furniture ranges. The brand's sofas are designed to suit modern urban living, offering flexible modular configurations, removable arms for easier access, and practical features tailored to city homes where space and accessibility are key considerations.
Despite being a relatively young brand, Zofa has quickly built a strong reputation with consumers, reflected in its 4.9-star Trustpilot rating. This has been supported by UK-based design and manufacturing, transparent pricing with no fabric price variations, and a clear focus on simplifying the buying process without sacrificing quality or design.
Founder and director John Hampton says the move into London retail is a natural progression for the brand. He explains that London has played an important role in Zofa's online growth and that the new space allows customers to fully experience the brand's philosophy in person. According to Hampton, the showroom demonstrates how simplicity, thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can coexist seamlessly.
Zofa sofas are designed in-house and made to order at the company's own UK factory, with typical delivery times of four to six weeks. In addition to its new London location, the brand currently operates a physical showroom at Redbrick Mill Interior Design Department Store in West Yorkshire, alongside its UK-wide online presence.
