South Yorkshire-based bedroom furniture specialist Home Decor has completed a management buyout, with CEO Jason Limbert, Contract Sales Director Neil Martin, and Sales & Marketing Director Jon Griffiths taking full ownership of the company.

The buyout was supported financially by HSBC and structured with assistance from Shorts and legal guidance from Knights. Limbert emphasised that full executive control allows the team to continue implementing strategic growth plans while ensuring stability for Home Decor's employees.
Home Decor, a long-established Sheffield manufacturer, supplies retail, distribution, new-build construction, and online markets. The executive team collectively brings over 40 years of experience and aims to further strengthen the company's market position in the bedroom furniture sector.
