According to the company, the ceiling mount component of the chandeliers was not threaded correctly, creating a potential risk of injury if the fixture detaches from the ceiling. Customers who have purchased the affected products are being urged to stop using them immediately.
Currey & Company has announced that it will provide a free in-home repair to replace the faulty connection component. The company will also cover any professional installation costs incurred as part of the repair process.
Consumers or trade clients who own the recalled chandeliers are advised to contact the company directly via email or telephone to arrange repairs or request further information. Additional details and repair requests are available through the company's official recall webpage.
The recall highlights the importance of product safety compliance within the lighting and home furnishings sector, particularly for ceiling-mounted fixtures used in residential and commercial interiors.
