Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. The plant is expected to create around 300 permanent jobs and will include training and upskilling programmes for local specialists. With a planned annual capacity of 500,000 units, production will serve the domestic market and support exports to Central Asian countries.
The facility will be Roca Group's first production site in Kazakhstan and will feature a high level of automation while meeting international environmental safety standards. The project supports national objectives to increase localisation, reduce imports and expand high value-added manufacturing.
Government officials said the investment reflects ongoing efforts to improve the country's business climate and strengthen investor confidence. Roca Group representatives described Kazakhstan as a strategically important market, citing its favourable conditions for industrial development and long-term growth.
