Bensons for Beds has reopened a flagship store on Tottenham Court Road, marking a strategic return to one of London's most iconic interiors destinations. Officially opening on 12 December, the central London store offers a curated selection of mattresses, bed frames and bedroom accessories.

Designed to provide a calm, home-inspired shopping experience, the store features warm wood finishes, a neutral colour palette and "a layout tailored for city-centre browsing." Customers can also use SleepPRO, Bensons' digital mattress-matching tool, to identify their ideal comfort and support levels.
The opening follows a strong year for the retailer, which was named NBF National Bed Retailer of the Year and achieved Great Place to Work certification. CRO Paul Owen said the Tottenham Court Road store demonstrates Bensons' ability to "lead the market in design, personalisation and experience," even in compact city locations. CEO Nick Collard added that the opening symbolises the brand's progress and renewed presence among major furniture retailers.
This flagship marks the 21st new or refurbished Bensons store in 2025, supporting the retailer's Project 200 strategy, which aims to reach 200 stores by 2028.
