With over sixteen years of experience in the contract kitchen industry, including previous roles at Nicholas Anthony and Nobilia Projects UK, Edwards expressed her gratitude for her time at Leicht and appreciation for the clients and colleagues she worked with. She described her decision as difficult but motivated by a desire to focus on her family and pursue a new chapter in her career.

Matt Goddon has been appointed as Edwards' successor and will take over as Managing Director in January 2026. Goddon has been with Leicht for five years, progressing from Head of Design to Design Director under Edwards' mentorship. He acknowledged Edwards' pivotal role in establishing the company's award-winning contracts division and highlighted her influence on the business's growth, operations, and client relationships.
The company also confirmed that board director Harald Blessing will remain in his position, and James Williams will be promoted from Head of Contracts to Installation Director. Leicht Contracts assured its clients that the transition would be smooth and emphasized its commitment to maintaining a strong and stable market position.
