Adjusted EBIT decreased to €31.6 million (5.9% margin), while net profit stood at €13.5 million. The Components segment was hit hardest, declining 12.3% to €138.0 million. The Lighting segment fell 6.0% to €428.7 million, partially offset by gains in the DACH region and Southern/Eastern Europe.
CEO Alfred Felder emphasised cost savings and efficiency measures partially offsetting revenue declines. Despite negative special effects of €10.8 million, including US site closures and project impairments, the company maintained a solid balance sheet with equity of €430.6 million and a stable equity ratio of 42.8%.
Zumtobel continues to pursue strategic goals, focusing on innovation and efficiency while navigating a challenging market environment.
