Kendall Jenner has transformed her first ground-up mountain home into a playful, pattern-rich retreat with interior designer Heidi Caillier. Departing from minimalist aesthetics, Jenner incorporated bold florals, vibrant tiles, and graphic patterns throughout the house, including a sectional sofa upholstered in Lee Jofa's Hollyhock Handblock print.

Designed with Bay Area architect Kirby Lee, the home reflects Jenner's vision of a warm, communal space for friends and family. She prioritised collaboration, drawing inspiration from Pinterest boards, magazine clippings, and the fashion brand Bode's muted primary palette. Caillier introduced textures, quirky ceiling and wall details, and strategically placed windows to balance the bold colours.
Highlights include a kitchen with Calacatta Viola marble, a primary bath with custom Zia tile and a yellow sink and toilet, and a repurposed 2020 Airstream Bambi serving as a guest room. Jenner's outdoorsy, active lifestyle is reflected in spaces designed for relaxation after biking, hiking, and ATV rides.
Jenner credits Caillier with expanding her approach to pattern and colour, resulting in a home that is both whimsical and timeless, fulfilling her dream of a lively, lived-in mountain escape.
