Herman Miller has introduced the Land Table & Storage Collection to the European market, a new furniture line created in collaboration with Norwegian designer Stine Aas. The collection, available from today, features a dining table, credenza and console, all crafted from solid hardwood and characterised by refined, artisanal detailing.

Aas drew inspiration from the pastoral landscapes surrounding her studio in Bergen. This influence is evident in the robust timber construction, trestle bases and traditional joinery methods such as mortise-and-tenon and tongue-and-groove joints. The pieces are designed for everyday use and built to last for generations.
A modern interpretation of timeless craftsmanship
Aas is known for her clean, architectural lines and her sensitivity to how people interact with objects in daily life. "The Land Collection is for family and friends to gather around," says Aas. "We can't design emotion into furniture, but we hope people will create their own memories and meaning."
The collection includes:
- Land Table — offered in three lengths (75", 99" and 126"), suitable for a range of interiors.
- Credenza — available in 66" and 85", with optional wine and glass storage. It functions both as a sideboard and as a display cabinet for decorative objects while discreetly storing household items.
- Console — 48" wide, slimmer and taller than the credenza, ideal for hallways and entrance areas.
All pieces are available in white oak and umber-stained oak finishes.
