Danish design brand 101 Copenhagen has unveiled Frame, a new lighting collection built around the idea of highlighting the light source through layers of contrasting materials.
The collection pairs perforated metal with rounded transparent glass, softening the industrial character of the metal and creating a fluid, atmospheric expression. At its core, the light source, an integrated LED, sits within a white acrylic tube, diffusing a gentle, ambient glow.

Frame is available in four variations, all sharing the same refined design language:
- Wall lamp, in two sizes for versatile placement
- Pendant lamp, offered in a 100 cm length, ideal for dining settings or open-plan areas
- Frame Pendant Fat, a larger, sculptural version completing the series
The interplay of sharp geometric lines and softened materials defines Frame's visual identity, offering a balance of industrial edge and subtle elegance suited to contemporary Scandinavian interiors.
Founded in 2017, 101 Copenhagen continues to expand its universe of lighting, furniture, and accessories rooted in Scandinavian and Japanese design influences, focusing on craftsmanship, materiality, and enduring form.
