Blum UK has appointed Toby Russell as its new Head of Sales. Having joined the company in 2022, Russell brings over 15 years of experience in the kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms sector, with expertise in furniture retail, manufacturing and design. He will now lead Blum's UK sales function, working closely with the leadership team to shape the company's future strategy and deliver commercial objectives.

Russell joins a leadership team including Matthew Glanfield, UK MD; Ben Muirhead, head of business development; Ina Kacenaite, head of HR & development; and Matthew Walmsley, head of sales operations & international exchange. He emphasised that his focus will be on empowering the sales team, deepening customer relationships, and driving innovation in presenting and positioning Blum in the UK market.
