Oniro Group has announced a new collaboration with developer Tenet Group to design and furnish the interiors of Stellar Residence, a landmark residential complex currently under development in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The project will be completed under the Gianfranco Ferré Home brand, bringing Italian design excellence to one of the country's most significant real estate developments.

Stellar Residence is a large-scale project consisting of seven buildings dedicated to residential, commercial, and office use, with a total of 448 apartments. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the project represents a major architectural and urban renewal initiative in the heart of the capital.
Within this framework, Oniro Group will create the interior concepts for the six residential lobbies and a show flat apartment. The scope includes interior design, the supply of furniture, lighting, textiles, and décor, as well as the development of custom-made pieces designed exclusively for the project.
The design proposal draws on Gianfranco Ferré Home's latest collections, reinterpreted and tailored to meet the specifications of the developer and the architectural team. The brand's signature aesthetic, defined by precise lines, balanced proportions, and an architectural approach to design, supports the creation of refined spaces that combine international style with contemporary comfort.
