Feydom marks year of growth and transformation

'We are currently opening new shop-in-shop locations across Germany and Italy'

Feydom has wrapped up another year of strong performance and strategic development. According to Petar Djelebov, Business Development Manager at Feydom, 2025 saw the company achieve "an overall sales increase of around 20%," alongside significant transformations across its collections. "We redesigned almost all of our existing collections, giving our sofas a more contemporary aesthetic while significantly improving comfort, durability, and long-term usability," Djelebov explains.

Sustainability remained a core focus. Feydom enhanced packaging solutions, expanded the use of boxed formats, and developed removable, washable covers to extend product lifecycles. The brand also broadened its reach into new markets, including Spain and Estonia, while strengthening its presence in established European markets. "We are currently opening new Feydom shop-in-shop locations across several cities in Germany and Italy, which represents a major step forward in retail development," Djelebov adds.

Despite these successes, Feydom navigated challenges from macroeconomic instability and rising logistics costs. "The continuous rise in logistics costs, especially for distant markets, became an opportunity to strengthen our operational competitiveness through innovative packaging and smart assembly solutions.''

Looking ahead, Feydom expects stable performance in mature markets and solid growth in expansion regions, particularly Spain and Germany. The company also has its sights set on the U.S. and select Asian markets, where its modular and space-efficient designs align with urban living.

Consumer trends
Consumer trends are shaping Feydom's strategy. "Consumers increasingly search for products that are both practical and distinctive, pieces that adapt to changing lifestyles rather than forcing compromise," says Djelebov. Sustainability remains central to this approach. Feydom owns a 100-hectare forest in Serbia, operates fully solar-powered production, and designs products with removable covers to significantly extend usability. "These elements are not trends for us, but long-term commitments," he emphasises.

Innovation continues to drive the brand. Feydom has automated key production processes to increase efficiency and consistency, preparing for the launch of at least two new sofa collections in the first quarter of 2026. Djelebov adds, "We are also investing in highly distinctive marketing content to better communicate the versatility and emotional appeal of our products across different markets."

Business flexibility
Feydom's edge in the competitive global market lies in its combination of product innovation and business flexibility. "Our modular systems offer countless configurations, transformations, and long-term adaptability," Djelebov says. Flexible partnership models, including franchising and shop-in-shop concepts, further strengthen the brand's position.

Ultimately, Feydom sees furniture as evolving with people's lives. "Our goal is to design products that reduce waste, maximise flexibility, and genuinely improve everyday living, without sacrificing comfort or design," Djelebov concludes.
