Founded in 1840 in Usson-du-Poitou, Duvivier Canapés employs around sixty craftspeople skilled in carpentry, upholstery, saddlery, and textiles. The company generates nearly 60% of its revenue from luxury projects for French brands, interior designers, high-end residential properties, luxury hotels, and yachts internationally.
C4 Industries, led by Pascal Cagni, former Apple VP for EMEA, aims to preserve French artisanal expertise, strengthen design and product development teams, expand internationally, particularly in the UK, Gulf countries, and the US, and deepen collaborations with designers and specifiers. Aymeric Duthoit will remain CEO, with Cagni serving as chairman alongside Alexandre Errera and Diane Cagni as co-investment directors.
The acquisition reinforces C4 Industries' commitment to promoting French manufacturing excellence and heritage craftsmanship on the global stage, integrating Duvivier Canapés into a growing network of luxury lifestyle brands.
