Jysk is set to open a 1,400 sqm store in the BIG Piła retail park, currently under development by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland. The home goods retailer will offer furniture, bedding, decorative items, and garden products.

BIG Piła, located on al. Wojska Polskiego, will feature a gross leasable area (GLA) of around 38,000 sqm, including an 18,700 sqm retail park with over 45 stores. Key tenants will include a supermarket anchor, an 8,000 sqm DIY outlet, and an Agata furniture store. Plans also include a car park with 1,200 spaces and EV charging stations, as well as future drive-thru restaurant and petrol station facilities.
Construction began in October 2025, with the opening scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. The development reflects growing investment in retail infrastructure in regional Poland, combining large-scale shopping with modern amenities and sustainability considerations.
Jysk's expansion into Piła is part of a broader trend of retail park growth in Central and Eastern Europe, responding to evolving consumer demand and urbanisation patterns.
