For the fourth quarter (July–September 2025), overall business volume rose 23% to €74.7 million, with revenue up 14.7% at €52.9 million. Annual business volume increased 18.2% to a record €275.7 million, while consolidated revenue surpassed €200 million for the first time, reaching €200.9 million.
E-commerce revenue grew 11.3%, supported by Vente-unique's ongoing performance and Habitat's first full year in France, which generated nearly €10 million. Logistics services also surged, almost doubling (+88.9%) to €4.8 million, aided by the planned opening of a second warehouse near Moulins.
Growth was strong across France (+12.6%), Southern Europe (+23.4%), and Northern and Eastern Europe (+4.6%). The group's marketplace now accounts for 21% of French e-commerce volume and 19% in Europe, up six points year-on-year.
Looking forward, Vente-unique plans further expansion in German-speaking and Scandinavian markets and aims to continue leveraging its international presence as a key engine of profitable growth.
