Operating profit for TCM Group, remained largely unchanged at DKK 16.6 million, with higher costs attributed to earlier acquisitions of retail stores. The company plans to resell these outlets once suitable franchisees are found, describing the cost increase as "temporary."
Despite the quarterly growth, TCM Group has lowered its full-year guidance. It now expects revenue of DKK 1,260–1,280 million and an adjusted EBIT of DKK 93–100 million, down from the previous range of DKK 1,250–1,300 million and EBIT of DKK 90–110 million.
Additionally, TCM Group has taken full ownership of online retailer Celebert, which is expected to have "a negligible effect" on the annual result.
The group comprises the brands Svane Køkkenet, Tvis Køkken, Nettoline, and Aubo, selling through approximately 220 dealers across Denmark and Scandinavia. It also supplies private-label kitchens to DIY chains in Denmark and independent stores in Norway.
