Midea, will launch its first German Mega-Store on 28 November 2025 at the TechnikWelt of Dodenhof in Posthausen, Lower Saxony. The 100 m² shop-in-shop will showcase nearly the full Midea range, including washing machines, refrigerators, dryers, small appliances such as AirFryers and microwaves, as well as fans, mobile air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, robot vacuums and dehumidifiers. Built-in appliances are planned for future inclusion.

Ralph Kobsik, General Manager Central Europe and Nordics at Midea, described the store as a "strategically important step" to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the German retail market. Jochen Schäfer, Head of Marketing, highlighted that the Mega-Store provides a full experiential environment, allowing customers to test appliances, receive advice and explore Midea's product range live, supported by special offers for visitors.
The initiative positions Midea as a strong player in household appliances while reinforcing its commitment to expanding its German distribution network. By combining in-person product experience with expert consultation, the Mega-Store aims to strengthen customer engagement and showcase Midea as a 360-degree solutions provider across all areas of the home.
