Blanc des Vosges has acquired the assets of Montéléone, a home linen distributor with over 40 years' presence in southeastern France, through court-ordered sales. The move strengthens the Gérardmer-based textile group's regional footprint and supports its goal of becoming France's leading high-end home linen brand.

Montéléone, previously part of the Keria group, will resume operations from its two flagship stores in Lattes (700 m²) and Béziers (1,200 m²), and through its website, which will reopen soon. The acquisition adds to Blanc des Vosges' existing 22 points of sale, which include city-centre stores, outlets, factory shops, and large-format stores. Montéléone's initial projected turnover of €3 million will contribute to Blanc des Vosges' consolidated turnover of €23 million.
Jean-François Birac, CEO of Blanc des Vosges, said the acquisition allows the company to 'write a new chapter in the history of Montéléone' while retaining the brand's regional reputation. The strategy will combine Blanc des Vosges' product range with other complementary brands, ensuring a multi-brand selection for consumers.
The acquisition follows Blanc des Vosges' purchase of the "Ô Linge de Maison" store chain in June 2024 and underscores the group's continued focus on external growth opportunities in the French home linen market.
