Amanda Moore, Richard Naylor, and Eleanor Garrett will evaluate submissions for the awards, which focus on four categories: Excellence in Education, Excellence in Sustainability, Excellence in ESG Reporting, and Sustainability Champion. Entries are now open, with winners announced at a special reception during the BFA's Furniture Component Expo at Telford International Centre on 11–12 March 2026.

BFA Managing Director Phil Spademan said:
"Since the first Future of Furniture Awards in 2023, we've seen an array of fantastic projects and initiatives put forward from BFA members. The awards are a great way to highlight the work our member businesses are doing in training and sustainability and to celebrate the work of individuals who have shown leadership and commitment in the sustainability arena.

"The Future of Furniture Awards are increasingly recognised as a hallmark of forward-thinking and innovation – and we are extremely pleased to have the expertise of our judging panel to assess the entries. BFA members can enter any or all of the categories and we look forward to once more applauding the excellent work businesses are doing to lead the industry into the Future of Furniture."

Amanda Moore, Managing Director at Achieve and Partners, returns to the panel for a second year, bringing expertise in learning and assessment that has influenced the qualifications landscape. She is joined by BFA Sustainability Consultant Richard Naylor of Hawksfield Ltd, an expert in sustainable and circular mattress design, and Planet Mark's Eleanor Garrett, who advises organisations on embedding sustainability into operations for positive impact.

The closing date for entries is 23 January 2026. Entry criteria and forms are available at www.bfa.org.uk.

The awards reception will form part of the Furniture Component Expo at Telford International Centre, offering a platform to celebrate innovation, sustainability, and excellence across the industry.
