Bangalore-based design firm Weespaces has unveiled Maison Verde, a 4,000 sq. ft. villa that harmoniously blends heritage architecture with neoclassical elegance and tropical calm. Led by principal designer Vinithra Amarnathan, the project transforms a traditional villa into a home defined by texture, colour, and refined personality.

Warm greens, bold teals, and navy hues flow throughout the interiors, contrasted by monochromatic tones and brass accents. The villa's abundant greenery inspired its name, Maison Verde, emphasising the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living.
The home opens into a dramatic foyer featuring classic black-and-white harlequin marble flooring and a curved wooden staircase. Oakwood floors extend through the main living areas, where sweeping archways frame spaces that open onto lush landscaped gardens, bringing tropical tranquillity into every corner.

The living room, painted in a gentle sage, is topped by a vaulted ceiling and anchored by organic furniture and a bold custom artwork by Priyanka Aelay. Adjacent, the dining area features a hand-painted watercolor mural, a curved fluted marble-topped bar, and a navy-toned kitchen, blending artistry with functionality.
The villa's first floor houses private spaces designed for comfort and serenity. The primary bedroom reflects a tropical resort aesthetic with botanical wallpaper, rattan-accented wooden furniture, gold pendant lighting, and sage-green floor-length curtains. Other bedrooms combine minimalist contemporary design with personal touches, such as framed sports memorabilia and a wooden-framed hammock net ceiling.
The library-cum-family room balances classic charm with modern elegance, featuring navy bookshelves, a brown leather Chesterfield sofa, checkered swivel chairs, and a patterned rug. The third bedroom showcases a modern four-poster bed, soft grey linens, and earthy tones, creating a cohesive and tranquil retreat.

Outdoor spaces extend the villa's serene ambiance. A garden nook framed by red brick walls and tropical planting offers a relaxed seating area, while raised planters, soft lighting, and a manicured lawn reinforce a fresh, grounded atmosphere.
Maison Verde exemplifies Weespaces' expertise in combining heritage elements, neoclassical refinement, and tropical inspiration into a cohesive, inviting home.
