Maison&Objet January 2026 will shine a spotlight on French artisanal mastery with the introduction of the Manufactures of Excellence Village, located at the far end of Hall 2 in the Signature & Projects sector. Positioned near Elizabeth Leriche's anticipated What's New? In Decor and the Curatio area for Collection Design, the new space promises to captivate interior designers and decorators with a celebration of craftsmanship and creative detail.

"In this unique scenography, a reimagined baroque style comes to life. Conceived as a response to the exceptional aspirations of the community of 25,000 interior designers and decorators loyal to Maison&Objet, this space unfolds as a showcase celebrating craftsmanship, materials, and the elegance of French savoir-faire," the organisers state.
The Village brings together master glassmakers, art cabinetmakers, weavers, upholsterers, ornamental plasterers, art locksmiths, marble workers, and creators of furniture and lighting. What unites them is "a mastery of detail and a creativity that blends contemporary restraint with an unexpected twist."
Crowned with the French State label EPV (Living Heritage Company), the collective embodies a refined vision of luxury: "Here, material becomes narrative, and savoir-faire becomes emotion."
Fourteen EPV-labeled houses have confirmed their presence, including:
- La Maison du Vitrail, master glassmaker in stained glass
