SoCoo'c advances national growth with strategic dual-store expansion

SoCoo'c has strengthened its national presence with two new openings, reflecting its continued commitment to a mixed development strategy combining franchises and company-owned stores. The brand, part of the Fournier group, has launched a franchise outlet in Bonneuil-sur-Marne and a company-owned store in La Seyne-sur-Mer.

The Bonneuil-sur-Marne franchise, opened on 29 September and led by entrepreneur Katia Chappelin, spans 167 m² in a high-traffic commercial district. After a career in banking, Chappelin chose franchising as a route to entrepreneurship, expressing her passion for interior design and noting that the SoCoo'c model offered her 'a clear concept, strong support, and a transparent process'. Supported by the brand, she has recruited three "Kitcheners" with complementary expertise. The showroom presents five kitchens aligned with the "HOP" concept and includes a "SoCoo'c Café" to support collaborative project design using the Coo'ki visualisation tool.

One week later, the brand opened a 400 m² company-owned store in La Seyne-sur-Mer, managed by Lucile Sanchez and her team of three "Kitcheners". The location enhances SoCoo'c's footprint in the Var department. Director Arnaud Allantaz highlighted the brand's hybrid development model, stating that it enables sustainable, controlled growth by combining local entrepreneurial engagement with strategic flexibility.
