This ongoing partnership entrusts founder and design director Gloria Sanchez and her wider team to deliver expert interior design services for London's most desirable properties, offering first-time buyers, upgraders, and down sizers a complete design solution, from purchase to residency.
Enlisted by a returning client, Tailored Living Interiors was already familiar with the initial design concepts, encompassing lifestyle preferences, interior styling, and project budgets. Their work on Oakley and Pico House demonstrates a carefully tailored approach, with each design reflecting the architectural essence of Battersea Power Station while meeting the demands of modern urban life.
Both Oakley House and Pico House feature a collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with two luxury homes receiving fully bespoke interior design treatments under the creative direction of Gloria Sanchez.

Oakley House - Quiet luxury and refined comfort
From custom joinery to meticulously selected finishes, Tailored Living Interiors transformed this high-rise apartment into a refined and welcoming home. The design team were given full creative license, using the client's former home as inspiration and reinterpreting it to harmonise with the contemporary architecture of Battersea Power Station.

A neutral palette of cream, white, brown, and grey ties the interiors together across furniture, textiles, and finishes. Bespoke joinery introduces subtle curves that soften the modern architecture, creating a natural flow and sense of calm throughout. High-quality finishing touches, including mirrors, lighting, AV equipment, furniture, upholstery, window treatments, flooring, and decorative accessories, elevate the overall aesthetic while reinforcing functionality and warmth.

At Pico House, the design team at Tailored Living Interiors transformed a modern apartment into a sophisticated and practical family home. The scheme balances timeless elegance with custom functionality, crafted to meet the needs of both the client and potential rental occupants.
"The brief called for an efficient use of space, considering the overall flow, mood, and functionality of each room," says Sanchez. "We achieved this by blending a curated collection of high-street pieces with quality furnishings and bespoke joinery to produce a cohesive, high-quality look."

Durable finishes and versatile furniture combine with layered textures, elegant lighting, and an organic colour palette to create a home that feels intimate, calm, and indulgent. A highlight is the Scandi-style kitchen, designed with clean lines and natural materials that connect the cooking and social zones for a relaxed, hygge-inspired living experience.
Privacy was ensured through a mix of sheer and rich fabrics that diffuse natural light, adding a soft and elegant atmosphere throughout. The bedroom suites continue this theme with luxurious soft furnishings, decorative textiles, and furniture in earthy shades of grey, brown, beige, blue, and red, complemented by brass, marble, and glass details.
