All locations of the company, Ruhe & Co., will be connected to Fries' central warehouse logistics and integrated into its advanced IT infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency. Both companies have shared a long-standing partnership and are members of the Holzring and Rigromont cooperatives. Long-time Managing Director Ansgar Kühne will continue to oversee sales at Ruhe & Co.
The acquisition allows the Fries Group to expand its market presence and access new sales territories.
