Decor Druck Leipzig GmbH, a specialist in high-quality decorative films for furniture, panels, doors, and moldings, has initiated an investor process following preliminary insolvency proceedings opened by the Leipzig District Court on October 21, 2025. Attorney Christian Krönert of Schultze & Braun has been appointed as the preliminary insolvency administrator.

Thaddäus Rohrer & Co. GmbH, in collaboration with ADWIN Consulting GmbH, has been commissioned to manage a structured M&A process aimed at transferring assets to support the company's restructuring and long-term continuity. Founded in 1963, Decor Druck Leipzig employs around 50 staff and combines handcrafted quality with industrial efficiency, specialising in printed textures, UV coatings, and anti-fingerprint solid-colour surfaces.
Interested investors can access detailed company information via a secure electronic data room after signing a non-disclosure agreement. The process will proceed through an asset deal, with indicative offer submissions expected by the end of December 2025 and signing/closing targeted for January 31, 2026.
The move reflects efforts to stabilise operations while securing the future of a traditional, technologically advanced supplier in the furniture and interior design sector.
