Ambientec has won a prestigious Archiproducts Design Award 2025 for its portable lamp, Vosco, designed by Nao Tamura. Now in its tenth edition, the awards celebrate international design excellence, recognising projects that redefine contemporary living through innovation, creativity, and sustainability.

Vosco delivers soft, even illumination via a specially developed Fresnel lens, offering five brightness levels from the warm glow of a candle to 2400K, suitable for dining, reading, or relaxation. The lamp features a rechargeable battery with up to 180 hours of use and a central wooden section, adjustable in three sizes and replaceable over time. Its body is available in walnut, maple, or oak, while the internal structure is engineered to reduce material stress and facilitate easy repairs.
The 2025 jury includes prominent figures such as Giulio Cappellini, Mike Holland, Yama Karim, Jakob Lange, Neri&Hu, and Norm Architects. Vosco exemplifies Ambientec's commitment to combining craftsmanship with industrial design to create functional, elegant portable lighting that meets modern demands for adaptability and quality.
