The Riverview Apartment, designed by principal designer Farah Agarwal, is a 7,000-square-foot sanctuary that blends individuality with unity, formality with warmth, and grandeur with intimacy. Every corner of this two-story residence tells a story, one that reflects the personalities, memories, and dreams of the family who lives within it.

From the very first step into the foyer, design becomes a narrative. Mirrored arches above a pristine white credenza extend the illusion of space, offering a glimpse into the elegance that lies beyond. Through graceful arched doorways, the formal living area opens into a realm of understated luxury, complemented by a sunlit balcony framed by whimsical wallpaper and a wicker love seat that invites quiet reflection overlooking the river. In the dining room, a textured concrete table anchors the space, its sculptural form grounding the airy interiors with tactile beauty.
The home's spiritual heart, a Dasavatara-inspired puja room, is introduced through intricately crafted brass doors depicting the ten avatars of Vishnu. Inside, warm lighting and brass detailing create a cocoon of serenity. Upstairs, family life takes a playful turn. The family lounge, with its curved recliners and plush seating, becomes the centre of connection and laughter, while the adjoining game room bursts with colour, whimsy, and childlike delight.

Each bedroom captures its inhabitant's spirit: the daughter's room radiates creativity with doodled walls and mosaic tiles, while the son's dinosaur-themed space invites adventure and imagination. The master suite, by contrast, offers tranquillity in neutral tones, its elegance elevated by a fabric door adorned with running horses, a poetic symbol of movement and life.
