British Homes Awards 2025 celebrate innovation, excellence and sustainability in residential architecture

The British Homes Awards 2025 concluded on Thursday, 6 November, recognising outstanding achievements across the residential built environment. The ceremony highlighted quality, innovation, and sustainable practices among architects, designers, developers, and public sector contributors. The panel of esteemed judges was chaired by Jay Morton, Director at Bell Phillips.

Coffey Architects achieved four awards.

The architectural firm PRP demonstrated exceptional versatility, taking home three major awards: Best Garden/Landscaping Design for Signal Park, Later Living/Supported Living Design of the Year for Wycliffe Park, and Regeneration Scheme of the Year for Huntley Wharf. These accolades underscore PRP's commitment to delivering integrated, high-quality residential environments.

Coffey Architects achieved four awards, including dual wins in Architect of the Year for The Tannery and Cobham Bowers. Their work on The Tannery in Bermondsey, London, also earned the highly prestigious Judges Award for Excellence, setting a benchmark for residential architecture.

In the public sector, the London Borough of Camden was recognised for its ambitious Agar Grove Phase 1C project, emphasising the importance of high-quality publicly-led residential development. Studio Hagen Hall won Interior Design for their contribution to residential interiors, while Eeko was named Sustainable Project of the Year for its dedication to environmentally responsible and community-focused design.

The awards celebrated a strong field of finalists, reflecting the sector's resilience and creativity. Organisers extended gratitude to the judges for their expertise and all participants for sharing their remarkable projects.

The British Homes Awards 2026 are already on the horizon, inviting architects, designers, and developers to submit their most innovative and impactful residential projects for the next edition.
