French home furnishings group GRAM has strengthened its market presence by acquiring Expans Groupe, which includes the Homeuble and Gepa brands. The acquisition adds 75 new points of sale, supporting GRAM's strategy of external growth, expertise pooling, and digital marketing enhancement for its independent members.

CEO Marion Séveno emphasised that the move will increase visibility and provide more effective tools for members, while preserving brand independence and quality of service. Expans Group head Sophie Bastide will step down following the transition, with joint initiatives between brands expected to launch in 2026.
President Laurent Petard highlighted that the acquisition aims to consolidate GRAM's strengths while maintaining collaboration and trust across its network.
