For the 2025 financial year (Sept 1, 2024 – Aug 31, 2025), IKEA Retail Polska recorded sales of over PLN 6.2 billion, up 3% from the previous year.

Customer numbers also increased:
- In-store visitors: 11.1 million, +2.5 percentage points
- Online customers: 3.8 million, +10%
- IKEA.pl website/app visits: 197 million; app downloads: 810,000
- IKEA Family program: +730,000 new members, totaling 6.7 million
Top-selling products included the OFTAST plate (2.6 million units sold), BEKVÄM stool (600% increase), and HEMNES daybed (PLN 37 million sales).
IKEA also invested in employees (PLN 54 million in salaries/benefits) and sustainability:
- 7 wind farms and 1 solar park in Poland, generating 652 GWh of renewable energy
- 7942 items returned to circulation (+60%) via the "Oddaj i Zyskaj" program
- 44% of restaurant meals were plant-based
Expansion continued with four new Planning and Procurement Studios to enhance the omnichannel customer experience.
Marina Dubakina, President & GM of Sustainability, highlighted that IKEA's growth is tied to investment in people, sustainability, and integrating online/offline experiences.
