Office furniture manufacturer CEKA, which filed for preliminary insolvency in July 2025, is beginning a new chapter under a strong investor from the furniture industry. Effective November 1, 2025, the company will operate as CEKA PRO GmbH, reflecting both continuity and growth.

The Polish furniture manufacturer .mdd has partnered with CEKA PRO to support strategic realignment, market expansion, and innovation. Management confirmed that the majority of employees will remain, ensuring continuity in expertise and service. CEKA PRO will focus on workplace solutions, acoustics, sustainability, and maintaining high-quality "Made in Germany" standards.
