Arhaus, Inc., the premium home furnishings retailer, reported its third-quarter 2025 results, marking its highest-ever Q3 net revenue of $345 million, up 8.0% year-on-year. Gross margin rose 8.4% to $133 million, while net and comprehensive income increased 23.1% to $12 million. Adjusted EBITDA jumped 35.2% to $31 million, reflecting robust operational performance. Comparable growth was 4.1%, with demand comparable growth at 7.4%, boosted by the success of the Fall 2025 Collection.

The company continues to expand its showroom network, operating 103 locations across 30 states. Highlights include the opening of its largest Traditional Showroom in Pasadena, California, and the first Montana showroom in Bozeman.
Arhaus remains debt-free with $262 million in cash and cash equivalents and reported $329 million in net merchandise inventory. Client deposits increased 15% year-to-date to $254 million.
CEO John Reed emphasised that the company's growth reflects "the strength of our brand, the appeal of our products, and disciplined execution." Full-year 2025 net revenue is now projected between $1.35 billion and $1.38 billion, with adjusted EBITDA forecast at $135 million to $145 million.
