Anna Olchawa-Farfał has been named Chief Financial Officer of JYSK Polska, effective September 2025. In her new role, she oversees finance and controlling, supporting the company's strategic development in the Polish market.

Olchawa-Farfał brings over 20 years of experience in retail finance and management, having spent nearly two decades at Carrefour Polska in key roles including controlling director and accounting and consolidation director. She has been instrumental in financial strategy, liquidity management, reporting, and supporting boards in operational decision-making.
The new CFO also has extensive expertise in digitisation and transformation of financial processes, having led numerous projects to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and cost control.
Commenting on her appointment, Olchawa-Farfał said: "Joining JYSK is a new and inspiring challenge. The company pursues intensive growth while building a strong team culture. I'm thrilled to support continued growth from a financial and strategic management perspective."
She replaces Marek Stoiński, who has assumed the role of CEO at JYSK Shared Services Centre, a global subsidiary central to the development of JYSK's financial structures and processes.
