23 independent entrepreneurs, who previously ran a Blokker store, are launching a joint retail formula under the name Allesz. With this new retail organisation, they aim to combine local entrepreneurship with the advantages of a national formula. The participating retailers, who have been active in their own region for years, will open their shops in the new Allesz house style on 6 November.

The member entrepreneurs are known for their personal approach and wide range of household products, ranging from kitchen items and cleaning products to home accessories and seasonal items. According to Alwin Piest, chairman of Coöperatie Allesz, the formula arose from the need to operate stronger together: "We retain our independence, but benefit from shared knowledge, joint purchasing and a professional, uniform appearance."
Joining forces creates one central point of contact for suppliers within the household sector. This should ensure more efficient purchasing, a recognisable brand identity and room for innovation. The cooperative operates with a membership structure, making entrepreneurs co-owners and keeping them closely involved in the formula's direction.
In developing the concept, Allesz cooperates with the KW Group from Apeldoorn, which specialises in retail formulas and brand development. This organisation provides support in the areas of purchasing, marketing and finance, allowing members to focus on their customers and day-to-day operations.
With the launch of Allesz, the entrepreneurs want to retain the familiar local shopping experience, but operate with the clout of a national player. Locally rooted, nationally organised.
