The Swedish Electrolux Group has announced a series of leadership appointments and structural changes, effective 1 January 2026. Patrick Minogue will succeed Ricardo Cons as head of the North American region. Minogue brings over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, including leadership roles at Keurig Dr Pepper, Bacardi, and MillerCoors, with expertise in e-commerce growth, direct-to-consumer strategy, and brand management.

Leandro Jasiocha, currently head of Latin America, will assume leadership of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, replacing Anna Ohlsson-Leijon, who is leaving the company. Eduardo Mello, previously head of Global Food Preservation and Commercial Vice President for Latin America, will take over the Latin America region from Jasiocha.
Electrolux is also reorganising its business units into regions. The former Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa unit will be divided into EMEA and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. APAC will focus primarily on commercial activities and product lines, while other regions will manage commercial operations, product lines, and manufacturing. The head of APAC will be announced later.
According to Electrolux, these changes aim to strengthen customer focus and operational efficiency across regions while aligning leadership expertise with strategic growth priorities.
