FC Barcelona sensation Lamine Yamal (18) has purchased a €14 million luxury villa with his girlfriend Nicki Nicole. The property was bought from Gerard Piqué and Shakira, who had not occupied the property since their divorce in 2022.
After three months of negotiations, Yamal can now call himself owner of the impressive complex in a prestigious Barcelona suburb. The plot comprises two adjoining properties of 869 m² and 371 m² respectively. The property features six bedrooms, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a private cinema, fully reflecting the luxury of its former owners.
Yamal will live in the villa with 25-year-old Argentine rap star Nicki Nicole, with whom he has been in a relationship since the end of August. In addition to the impressive living comfort, they will be joined by Piqué's parents as new neighbours.
The purchase underlines the financial position of the young Spaniard, who has developed into one of FC Barcelona's greatest talents in a short time. At the same time, the complex shows how football stars of his level are investing in world-class real estate at a young age.
