Livingfurn presents an updated, stylish collection this year that reflects current living trends. The Elst-based furniture company combines natural materials, warm tones, and organic shapes with an international outlook. Commercial Director Raymond Klein says: "Our new collections perfectly capture the trend for light, fresh interiors where comfort and tranquility are central. We use a lot of wood, glass and natural stone, materials that appear both sturdy and refined at the same time."

New trends and materials
Light wood tones, warm brown tones and round shapes stand out in the latest collection. New upholsteries in old rose, cream and beige provide a fresh look, while the Novero and Tobago collections are real eye-catchers. Raymond: "Our Novero collection with oak veneer and rounded corners, especially the floating TV dresser, is hugely popular. The Tobago collection with rounded shapes and elegant legs is also popular with dealers and consumers. Demand is so high that many items are sold before they even leave the container."
The inspiration for the collections comes from current home trends around sustainability, organic shapes and personal expression. Owner Matthijs Bakker explains:
"We combine Scandinavian simplicity with Mediterranean warmth and add our own signature. That makes our collections stylish and accessible."

Innovation and craftsmanship
This year, Livingfurn introduces oak veneers combined with glass and steel with a fine textured finish, giving a modern, natural look. The use of walnut wood remains a recognisable element that adds warmth to any interior. "This is how we keep innovating without losing our recognisable style. Every piece of furniture has to be both timeless and distinctive,'' Matthijs says.
From house show to Brussels Furniture Fair
Livingfurn's presentation at the house show in Elst offered a full overview of the revamped showroom, which featured classic runners-up alongside new models. "At the Brussels Furniture Fair, we are building on this, with a completely revamped and enlarged stand at the head of hall 8. Visitors can count on a fresh presentation in which our style innovation is clearly visible,'' said Raymond.
Reactions from dealers and customers have been very positive so far. Collections such as Novero, Tobago, Marron and Mylon are real eye-catchers, according to Raymond and Matthijs.
"The Mylon combines a glass top with a stone-like base, while the Marron has a blasted wooden top in warm tones. Dealers appreciate these tables because they are easy to combine and at the same time unique."

Future-oriented and international
Livingfurn consciously responds to the demand for comfort, natural materials and warm tones, combined with subtle details that personalise interiors. Bakker:
"Our strength lies in translating trends into widely marketable furniture with a recognisable signature. We don't want to be extreme or niche, but distinctive and timeless."
At the Brussels Furniture Fair, visitors can admire the new chairs, tables and small furniture from the BRIX collection in addition to the Novero and Tobago collections. "Our line-up is more spacious and atmospheric than ever and gives a good idea of the direction Livingfurn is taking: fresher, more stylish and more strongly positioned internationally. As always, snacks and drinks will be on hand. We like to make it a cosy get-together with existing and new customers."
With their combination of craftsmanship, natural materials and timeless designs, Livingfurn is setting a clear course: stylish, accessible and internationally competitive.
