Ivo Wissler, founder and managing director of Küchenheld, will leave the company on 31 December 2025. Christian Ritter will succeed him as CEO from 1 November, guiding the company into its next growth phase.

Wissler co-founded Küchenheld in 2018 with Dr. Love Edquist, aiming to make kitchen planning digital, transparent, and customer-focused. Following seven years at the helm, and about a year after the sale of Küchenheld to the Möbel Martin Group, Wissler plans to pursue new ventures.
Ritter brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at Porta Möbel, Möbel Walther AG, Sconto SB, and Depot. Under Möbel Martin's ownership, Küchenheld plans further expansion, with new showrooms opening in major German cities from 2026 to broaden access to hybrid, digital, and personalised kitchen solutions.
Küchenheld's technological arm, KH Digital Solutions GmbH, will continue independently under the Planelio brand, led by Dr. Edquist and Yannick Lorentz, providing digital tools for the kitchen and furniture sectors.
Wissler expressed pride in having inspired the industry and established a strong team and network of showrooms, marking a successful chapter for Küchenheld while setting the stage for its next phase under Ritter's leadership.
