Upholstery manufacturer Kuka Home has expanded its global footprint with the opening of a new 840,000-square-foot manufacturing and research facility just north of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The company described the site as a "state-of-the-art production hub" that also includes a research and development centre and a showroom showcasing its latest motion and stationary upholstery innovations. The facility is designed to enhance operational efficiency while fostering collaboration on product development and customer engagement.
Kuka said the investment represents "another major milestone" in its global expansion and reinforces its long-term commitment to North American retail partners by boosting production capacity and design capabilities.
Matt Harrison, president of Kuka Home North America, said he was 'very excited about our new expansion', calling it a demonstration of the company's ongoing commitment to future growth. He added that the new campus's proximity to Ho Chi Minh City would offer customers "much easier access to their future product developments".
The expansion positions Kuka Home to strengthen its supply chain resilience and accelerate innovation in response to growing international demand for high-quality upholstered furniture.
