From 2 to 5 November 2025, Belgian sister companies HIMA and Gerlin will present their latest collections at the Brussels Furniture Fair (hall 5 - stand 204/5-304). Their joint fair motto leaves nothing to the imagination: seduce. "The aim is not just to offer a product, but to create an experience that inspires and invites the consumer," says Kristof Hindryckx, sales and marketing manager of both brands. The new collections will be presented in the stand concept that debuted last year and already impressed then with its intimate atmosphere and sophisticated decoration.

Twice the Bendigo collection.
The new Muusze collection is one of the stand's eye-catchers. The line focuses on organic shapes and excellent seating comfort, based on "an ideal compromise between past and future". According to Hindryckx, Muusze is all about progressive design at accessible prices, making the latest interior design trends accessible to a wide audience.
In collaboration with interior designers, he says, beautiful seating groups and compositions are presented, upholstered with innovative fabrics in sophisticated colour tones and soft textures. "Visitors are invited to take a seat, feel and enjoy," Hindryckx said.

Two accents
Although HIMA and Gerlin work closely together, both brands have their own identity and focus. HIMA stands for security and models that perform well in shop. "We have expanded with common sense and bet on models that we know will do well," Hindryckx says. "There is a lot of focus on natural colours, in-store rotation and built-in features such as recliners and adjustable backrests."
Gerlin opts for a distinct, modular style with organic shapes that allow for a variety of arrangements. "With the modular models, you can create both an extravagant and a calm atmosphere," Hindryckx explains. "We further invest in comfort with durable padding and innovative solutions for ease of use, such as new head and back supports."

Solid team
At the basis of all the novelties is the development team of HIMA and Gerlin, which Hindryckx says plays a crucial role in the success of both companies. "Our team is the nerve centre of the organisation," he stresses. "Everyone is incredibly driven and likes to think along. The mix of experienced forces and young talent creates a fresh dynamic and a higher level of innovation."
Besides product development, both brands place great value on service. "We completely unburden our customers," Hindryckx says. "If something goes wrong, we address it immediately because we do everything in-house. From cutting the foam to transport: everything is traceable and flexible. There are so many links in the chain where something can go wrong. That's why we think it's important to have all those little wheels in our own hands."
