JYSK Hungary and the Hungarian Food Bank Association have concluded a joint charity campaign that provided essential food aid to tens of thousands of people. The initiative marked the 20th anniversary of both organisations and aimed to involve JYSK customers in supporting those in need.

Running from 3 September to 14 October 2025, JYSK donated a portion of sales from every Fossflakes Royal Nordic pillow purchased. The campaign raised three million forints, enabling the preparation of 24,000 food packages for families, the elderly, and children.
Krisztina Szilvási, Head of Communications at JYSK, said: 'It is of utmost importance to us to help where it is truly needed. We are proud that, with our customers' involvement, we could provide such significant support.'
Eszter Horváth-Halmai, Corporate Fundraising Manager at the Hungarian Food Bank Association, added: 'With this donation, we delivered tens of thousands of food packages to those in need. The collaboration meant real, tangible help in everyday life.'
Both JYSK and the Food Bank remain committed to social responsibility and promoting awareness of food waste, ensuring that charitable support continues to reach vulnerable communities.
